1. Captain's Authority & Safety
For the safety of all guests and the vessel, the Captain has the absolute final authority regarding the route, weather assessments, and passenger conduct. Rio Leon Tours reserves the right to return to port or cancel a tour if conditions are deemed unsafe or if guests refuse to follow safety instructions.
2. Assumption of Risk
By booking a tour, guests acknowledge that boat travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to changing weather, water conditions, and physical movement of the vessel. Guests participate at their own risk.
3. Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising from our services are governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any legal proceedings shall take place within the jurisdiction of Costa Rican courts.
