Cancellation Policy

We know travel plans can change. Here is our policy for cancellations, delays, and weather-related changes on the Golfo Dulce.

Guest Cancellations

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of your deposit.
  • Less than 48 Hours: Deposits are non-refundable, but we will do our best to help you reschedule based on availability.
  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled departure, the full cost of the tour will be charged.

Weather & Safety

Your safety is our ultimate priority. If the Captain cancels the tour before departure due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you will have the option to reschedule for the next available day or receive a 100% full refund.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp as soon as possible to notify us of any changes to your itinerary. Email is checked less frequently while we are out on the water, so WhatsApp is always the best way to reach us for urgent changes.
