FAQ

1. What kind of experiences do you offer?

Every outing with us starts with a 4-hour private exploration of Golfo Dulce. From there, it’s up to you — wildlife watching, snorkeling, beach time, mangroves, or a little bit of everything. You tell us what you’re into, and we’ll shape the experience together.

2. How do I book?

We don’t do booking buttons — we believe in conversations. You can reach out through WhatsApp or our contact form, and we’ll start planning together. Once we’ve figured out what you’re looking for, we’ll finalize everything via personal email.

3. What’s included in the 4-hour experience?

Boat, captain, bilingual guide, fresh water, fruit snacks, and all the gear you might need — from snorkeling masks to wildlife guides. It’s just us, nature, and whatever direction you want to take it.

4. Can I add food to the experience?

Absolutely. We offer a farm-to-coast gastronomic experience after the exploration — crafted by our private chef using ingredients from our organic farm. Just a heads up:

  • The Luxury Gastronomic Experience needs to be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • The other two food options need at least 1 week notice.
Let us know early so we can prepare something beautiful.

5. Is it suitable for kids?

Yes! Families are welcome. Since we tailor every experience, we can adapt the rhythm and focus — from calm beach stops to fun wildlife watching.

6. What’s the best time of year to visit Golfo Dulce?

Golfo Dulce has something to offer year-round.

  • Rainy season brings different energy: whales arrive, the jungle is lush, but gastronomic options are more limited, and snorkeling can be trickier.

  • Dry season is better for underwater visibility and longer foodie days.
Don’t let the rain stop your adventure — it’s just a different kind of beauty.

7. What kind of wildlife can we expect to see?

Dolphins (often), humpback whales (in season), turtles, false orcas, sting rays, manta rays, tropical birds, macaws, monkeys, toucans, and more. Every day brings something different — we follow nature’s rhythm.

8. Is it private, or will there be other people on board?

All experiences are fully private. It’s your time, your people, your pace.

9. What should I bring?

Swimwear, towel, sunscreen (reef-friendly), maybe a hat or light cover-up. Bring anything you need to be comfortable — and definitely a camera if you love capturing memories.
We offer water and some refreshing drinks, but feel free to bring your own favorites too.

10. What happens if the weather is bad?

If the sea says no, we listen. We’ll try to reschedule if possible, and if not, we’ll refund your deposit. Simple as that.
