Welcome to Rio Leon Tours! We are delighted to have you as a customer and look forward to providing you with exceptional tour experiences. Before you proceed with booking any of our tours, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment: 1.1. All tour bookings can be made through our website or authorized booking channels. 1.2. Payment for the tour can be made in cash at our designated meeting point before the commencement of the tour or through our secure online payment system on the website.
2. Cancellation Policy: 2.1. To cancel a tour, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time. 2.2. If the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the tour, a full refund will be provided. 2.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund. 2.4. In case of no-shows or failure to join the tour, no refund will be issued.
3. Tour Changes and Modifications: 3.1. Rio Leon Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, etc.). 3.2. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative tour or reschedule the tour at a mutually agreeable time. 3.3. If a rescheduled tour is not possible or if you are unable to join the alternative tour, a full refund will be issued.
4. Participant Responsibility: 4.1. Participants are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. 4.2. It is the responsibility of participants to be in good health and inform our team of any medical conditions or special requirements before the tour. 4.3. Participants are expected to adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by the tour guide for safety and enjoyment purposes.
5. Liability and Insurance: 5.1. Rio Leon Tours has insurance coverage for third-party liability. 5.2. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
6. Privacy Policy: 6.1. Your personal information provided during the booking process will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 6.2. We will not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent.
7. Website Content and Intellectual Property: 7.1. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, are the property of Rio Leon Toursand are protected by copyright laws. 7.2. The use of our website content for commercial or personal purposes without our explicit consent is prohibited.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. 8.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica
